The Arizona Association of Teachers of Mathematics invites you to exhibit at the 2019 annual conference. The conference will be held Saturday, September 28th, 2019 in the Memorial Union on Arizona State University’s campus in Tempe, Arizona.

 

Why Exhibit with AATM?

·The annual conference typically reaches about 300 attendees.

·Our attendees include district-level math coaches and supervisors as well as classroom teachers.

·No increase in exhibiting rates in years!

 

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

This year, our exhibitors will be in the Ventana Ballroom in the Memorial Union.

Tables are 6 feet by 30 inches at $150 per table. Each table comes with a complimentary lunch. Additional lunches can be purchased for $15.

Set-up starts at 7:00 am and the last session is over at 3:30pm. In the past we had exhibitors stay to give out their door prizes at 3:30pm and that went over very well. Other door prizes were drawn by the AATM president and handed out at the end as well.

 

SCAVENGER HUNT

For a $25 fee you can participate in an exhibit hall scavenger hunt. You provide a clue which will be compiled on a scavenger hunt card to give to each participant at registration. The attendees have to visit your table to answer your clue and get their card stamped. All completed cards will be put in a box and then there will be a drawing for Amazon gift cards at the end of the conference. Many attendees participated last year and stayed until the end to find out if they won!

NONPROFIT INFORMATION

Please contact Suzi Mast for exhibit opportunities. A nonprofit organization is eligible for one complimentary table. If possible, we ask that you participate in the scavenger hunt to support AZ math teachers.
